    The Social Democrats urged Taoiseach Micheál Martin to intervene in a hunger strike by four survivors of residential abuse outside Leinster House, now in its 45th day. Jen Cummins said the group seeks Health Amendment Act cards and contributory pensions. A planned meeting was postponed to Wednesday. A health-supports package agreed in 2023 is due shortly, with advocacy support engaged.
