Tribunal Hears NHS Changing Room Challenge

An employment tribunal heard seven nurses are challenging County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust for allowing trans nurse Rose Henderson to use women’s changing rooms. Henderson denies misconduct, learned of complaints in March 2024, took sick leave twice, sought mental health support, filed a harassment complaint, and now uses a separate changing room and female facilities. Proceedings continue.
