    X’s head of government affairs Deanna Romina Khananisho told the Southport Inquiry removing a video of a livestreamed church stabbing would be overreach. The inquiry heard Axel Rudakubana, 17, searched X for the video minutes before a July 2024 attack that killed three children and attempted to kill 10 others. X allowed users 13+, with age checks via self-reported birthdates.
