    Pimco Witness Testifies on Disputed Nama €16m Fee

    At Belfast Crown Court, ex-Pimco executive James Gilbert testified on Nama’s Northern Ireland loan-book sale, saying lawyer Tuvi Keinan relayed a €16m success fee split among Brown Rudnick, Tughans and Frank Cushnahan, and that Baupost had agreed. He said Pimco withdrew March 13, 2014; Cerberus completed within 24 hours. The defense says Keinan lied; Ian Coulter and Cushnahan deny charges.
