    Row over China visit cited in Israel trip debate

    During a debate over his Israel trip, Education Minister Paul Givan accused Sinn Féin of double standards, citing a Fermanagh and Omagh District Council delegation to China that included Barry McElduff. It later emerged DUP councillor Shirley Hawkes also joined the visit. Hawkes said councillors raised no objections, cited business links, and noted no opportunity to raise Uyghur concerns.
