    Burrows alleges PSNI removing firearms at Sinn Féin offices

    Former PSNI superintendent and UUP MLA Jon Burrows wrote to Chief Constable Jon Boutcher alleging Sinn Féin representatives asked PSNI officers to remove personal protection weapons before entering party offices, including in West Belfast, Derry and Strabane. He said some officers complied and a directive was imminent. Sinn Féin has not responded. PSNI said it was unaware of requests.
