Former England captain David Beckham will receive a knighthood at Windsor Castle on Tuesday for services to sport and charity. Nobel Prize-winning author Kazuo Ishiguro will be appointed a Companion of Honour for services to literature. West End performer Elaine Paige will receive a damehood for services to music and charity at the same Windsor Castle ceremony.
