Phenna Group acquires Fermanagh testing firm Testall

Nottingham-based Phenna Group has acquired Testall, a materials testing and geotechnical analysis firm in Newtownbutler, Co Fermanagh. Testall will join Phenna’s Simtec division, the group’s 21st acquisition of 2025. It follows Phenna’s purchase of Construction Testing Services in Antrim, also folded into Simtec. Testall employed 19 staff in 2024. Phenna said the move extends coverage in Ireland and the UK.
