    Construction starts on Bangor scheme; Belfast Tribeca under review

    Construction has begun on phase one of Bangor’s Queen’s Parade regeneration, to deliver a free play park, event space, hospitality outlets and a Colin Davidson artwork. The project is part-funded by nearly £10m from the UK Levelling Up Fund and led by Bangor Marine. Belfast’s Tribeca scheme remains stalled; Minister Gordon Lyons is exploring alternatives after criticism in the Assembly.
