Alexander-Arnold mural vandalised before Anfield return

A mural of Trent Alexander-Arnold near Anfield was vandalised again ahead of his expected return with Real Madrid for Tuesday’s Champions League match. The former Liverpool right-back left at the end of his contract less than six months ago. The word “Rat” was painted multiple times and white paint thrown over the image before workers began cleaning the site.
