    Gary Murray is challenging Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission chief Alyson Kilpatrick, alleging she lacked authority to question ICRIR investigator Peter Sheridan’s independence and to suggest a conflict for Chief Commissioner Declan Morgan. High Court listed a December hearing and added the Secretary of State as notice party. Kilpatrick cites framework supporting the comments; permission for judicial review is opposed.
