    Ireland probes alleged sale of electrician exam papers

    Ireland’s Further and Higher Education Minister James Lawless said allegations of electrician exam papers being sold are under review. Solas and QQI have been asked to consider Garda referrals, with Attorney General advice. Reviews found predictable exams and localized issues in electrical apprenticeships. A quality improvement program and university-based assessments are planned; an independent audit reported no public safety risk.
