    Met Éireann issued early warnings as a powerful Atlantic system approaches and could be named Storm Bram. Status Yellow rain is in place for Cork and Kerry from 11am to 8pm Thursday. A Status Yellow wind warning covers Cork, Kerry, Waterford and Wexford from 11am to 11pm. Forecasters cite risks of flooding and travel disruption and note Halloween forecast uncertainty.
