Galgorm buys lodge at Bellarena golf course site

The Galgorm Collection has acquired Musselden Lodge at Bellarena, Co Derry, the site of its planned £30m championship links golf course. Companies House lists Roe Park Holdings Limited as the buyer, with AIB financing the deal signed on October 30. The property had been marketed at just under £400,000, though the final purchase price was not disclosed.
