    Belfast to fly Palestinian flag at City Hall

    Belfast City Council will fly the Palestinian flag over City Hall on 29 November, the International Day for Solidarity with the People of Palestine, after councillors approved a Sinn Féin motion from Ryan Murphy. The vote passed 41–15. Support came from Sinn Féin, Alliance, SDLP, Greens and People Before Profit, with opposition from the DUP, UUP and TUV.
