Alonso addresses Alexander-Arnold's Anfield return

Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso said Trent Alexander-Arnold should enjoy his return to Anfield, where a hostile reception is expected after his exit from Liverpool. Alexander-Arnold, recently back from a hamstring injury and unused in Madrid’s last two games, laid a tribute at Diogo Jota’s memorial. Alonso also backed £100m signing Florian Wirtz to succeed at Liverpool.
