Avalanche Kills Seven at Nepal's Mount Yalung Ri

Rescuers in Nepal searched Mount Yalung Ri after an avalanche hit a base camp Monday, killing seven climbers. Snowstorms initially blocked access, but improved weather let a helicopter reach on Tuesday. Four injured climbers were airlifted to Kathmandu. Police said two Nepali guides were among the dead; identities of five others remain unclear. At least three bodies were recovered.
