    Martin O’Neill was appointed Celtic’s interim manager following Brendan Rodgers’ departure, after a Monday call from majority shareholder Dermot Desmond, and said he had about 10 minutes to accept. Shaun Maloney becomes assistant and led Tuesday training. O’Neill, 73, prepares for Falkirk, his first touchline return since a 19-game Nottingham Forest stint, and urged his squad to find wins soon.
