Police in Portavogie have launched a murder investigation after 28-year-old Jordan Webb was found with stab wounds at a property on New Harbour Road around 7:45 a.m. Monday and pronounced dead at the scene. A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody. PSNI appealed for information, with cordons in place as forensic inquiries continue.
