    Ah, tomato ketchup. Love it or hate it, chances are there’s a bottle in your fridge right now. Some children insist on having it on the side of every dinner… and we know a few adults who do too. In recent years, a number of brands have introduced low-sugar, flavoured and organic versions of tomato ketchup; here we tasted the standard versions. In a burger or bacon sandwich, you would not notice much of a difference between the different ones, so we tested these ketchups neat. It’s worth keeping an eye on the salt and sugar content of the ketchup you buy if you use it a lot, as some contain more than you might expect.
