Question: My husband and I are in our 60s and have just retired. On top of adjusting to this new phase of life, I am facing health issues, and we have recently moved to be closer to our relatives. This has been a significant life change that I am struggling to deal with mentally. For the past 30 years, I have ignored many things that frustrate me, but now they are constantly present in my life.
